This is a reminder to teams in cup finals and play-offs that the first named team should take on the role of home team. This requires them to contact their opponents and referee to confirm arrangements for the match. The referee should be advised to contact their assistants and ensure that there is a team of officials for the match. The 'home' team should also ensure that they pass on the teams' colours to the referees.
